dream house

3 or 4 years ago i had this dream.  yes, iii haaaaad a dreeeam.  its hard for me to remember the basis of the dream...but i am sure that it lacked a reasonable storyline.  the part of the dream that is permanently stamped in my memory, however, is the house that i lived in within this dream.
the overall vibe was open, without divisions, the antithesis of ostenatious.
my room was octagon shaped, with each face of the octagon being a floor to ceiling window. drapeless, naked windows.  not a huge room, but large enough for a king size bed clad in a ridiculously unreasonable mountain of stark white bedding.  the entire room wood.  wood floors, wood walls.  i remember specifically that the wood in the entire house wasn't like polished and modern, but followed suit with the vibe...like unassuming and naturally rustic....like...an old pair of comfy shoes that suit you.  so my dream house is comparable to an old pair of stinky shoes...enticing right?
okay, as you leave my room, the door opens to an open floor plan for the rest of the house.  the kitchen is the focal point of the entire space, to the right side upon leaving my room,  and is elevated by a few stairs on either side.   the stairs curve as well, like the whole kitchen space is a half circle extension into the living space.  basic kitchen with basic appliances, beautiful but rustic wood work.  there is also an island in the kitchen, so that when you are preparing food, you are overlooking the rest of the house....
the living room and dining room are all one space.  in comarison to my room, the living portion was elevated by wooden stairs as well.  many floor to ceiling windows, all wooden....  in my dream, there were many plants...sufficient oxygen in other words.  the house was dressed in books, food, sunlight, plants, openness, throw rugs, large masterful drapes..no tv that i can remember....cushy soft blue couches...geez...i think thats all i can honestly remember.  so anyways, i can still picture this place in my mind like to a tee.
and seeings how my day has consisted of coffee, internet, catnapping, and claudia at her desk steadily working on her project....  why not utilize this little mastermind of an architect and have her bring to life my dream house....  so, maybe i will be directed on how to craft this dream and slap it on some paper....
