being open to the newness of the moment while remaining conscientious has led me down some enlightening paths. lately, i have really been giving an honest effort to subduing my innate coersiveness. the rewards of that surrender are gratifying, instantly. by simply easing up on that constant push...the door glides right open.
traveled to the nicoya peninsula last weekend. as our ferry crept along the bay, the clouds formed a diametrical pattern in the sky.

when we arrived in paquera, the rain stripped us down and had its way with us and within seconds we were drenched. we tried running for cover at first....eventually we all just stood there, collectively, and laughed.
